I used this taxi service for the first time a few weeks ago, as I needed a wheelchair taxi to take my dad to an appointment. I was very impressed with the service, from the upfront pricing, text confirmation service, taxi being on time for both pick ups, and our friendly helpful driver. He even accommodated a last minute change in appointment location with no problems, which we were very grateful for. I had been finding it difficult to find a local taxi firm that accommodated wheelchair users, so I was very pleased when I called Happy Cabs and they were able to help. I would definitely recommend them for other wheelchair users. ~ Dawn P

I’d never used Happy Cabs Stafford before but risked an airport journey booking with them because of good reviews. I absolutely agree with 5⭐️ reviews now, and recommend Happy Cabs Stafford. My driver (Sukhjinder) turned up promptly for a 3:45am pick up and was lovely all the way along the journey. I had a major problem at the airport and ended up having to come straight home. Sukh couldn’t fetch me but arranged a pick up, who arrived really quickly. Everyone was so lovely as I was quite upset, and communication was excellent throughout. Happy Cabs... Araz (driver) and Sue (person assistance) are fantastic they take our son to school in Derby it's an hour trip there and back. Our son absolutely loves his journey to and from school (after having an horrendous experience previously from a different taxi company). He can't get out the door quickly enough each morning. He has built up a wonderful relationship with Araz and Sue which isn't easy for him being non verbal. You can see the love between all 3 of them is mutual. Araz and Sue have restored my faith in human kindness and I no longer worry about my son travelling to and from school on his own, because now he isn't alone he is simply travelling to school with his to new best friends Araz and Sue. They are always prompt and on time, they communicate with me if there are any delays. They assist me were possible to get my son in and our of the vehicle as I also have a physical disability. I have been using the Happy Cabs Stafford taxi service for some years now, mainly to get to Hospital appointments at various hospitals. I find their services extremely polite and helpful and I especially am most grateful that the Happy Cabs vehicles are so very clean inside and outside. They charge a really reasonable price also. We booked and used Happy Cabs on Friday night to collect us from Stafford Rugby club to return us to Travel Lodge Town centre. The service was seamless from start to finish. Txt message to confirm the booking and the driver gave me a call later when he arrived to collect us. A nice clean, new car took us back to the hotel. Driver was a really pleasant knowledgeable man. Excellent service. Never used this company before. However, I was really pleased. They were prompt and sent a text with car details. The driver put my wheelchair in the boot. The drivers car was clean and warm. I paid by cash, no card facility however, they dropped me in town by my bank and I got some money out while they got my wheelchair out of the boot. Friendly driver. Excellent service both journeys. Would definitely recommend and this will now be my taxi service of choice. ~ Elaine L

Ahmad was prompt picking us up from East Midlands Airport we are elderly with disabilities and he was so very helpful in wheeling our cases to his cab and very friendly during the comfortable journey home. Fantastic service! I used Happy Cabs on Saturday to transport my 90 year old mother from a flat to her bungalow. I needed a wheelchair accessible vehicle. The taxi arrived on time and Gul was so helpful. He even helped me set up the ramp and wheeled my mum straight into her living room. We needed an accessible taxi for a wheelchair with less than 24hrs notice and Happy Cabs were extremely helpful and accommodating.
